EX Contractor

Recently hired EX Contractor for repairs to three gables on our roof and they did a great job. Reasonable quote, very detailed in their work, licensed and insured. Would definitely hire them again.

Had to have significant re-roofing to a treasured playhouse after storm damage. Unfortunately, these particular shingles had been discontinued and need to match those on the main house. Vlad managed to track some of them down (had to jump thru a lot of hoops). His crew were prompt, worked fast, did a very professional job. I didn't have to look for roofing nails in the grass, as I normal with roofing work. They also found a significant issue that I had failed to notice, and added it to the job for a very minor up-charge. It was one of those things where too many contractors would have taken advantage of a customer who had little choice at that point. Highly recommended.

I waited a while to review just to let everything settle with the new floors. I cannot put into words how much we have loved working with EX Contrator. We have the carpet pulled up and replaced with matching LVP to the downstairs. Vlad gave us advice while making decisions about the stairs and even checked in on the project multiple times. We expected that it would take 2-3 days to do everything but his team finished in one day and it looks fantastic. I’m calling him soon to do kitchen backsplash and some baseboard replacements. Had to replace metal roofs, gutters and downspouts in my Historic house. They made proper wood repairs, dis excellent metal work and I'm set for the next hundred years.

I had significant repair work done on a stucco wall at my home in the Fall of 2024. My experience with EX Contractor was superb. I have waited to review until we experienced the wet and cold weather of a winter. I am so pleased that the repsir work has held up beautifully snd looks as new as the day it was done. The repairs I needed required meticulous work and attention to detail. The crew came as scheduled, worked FULL days and always left the job site clean and safe. Every effort was made (and accomplished) to restore my home to otiginal condition. The cost was very reasonable for the hours and effort needed. I highly recommend EX Contractors for any stucco work you may need. I will definitely ask them to return if my home sustains any storm damage. I am very thankful to them for providing high quality work and respect to me as a customer

After Hurricane Helene left a tree in my house, Vlad and his crew at Ex Contractor came to the rescue. They were very professional and patient. They worked with my insurance company as well with my mortgage company. Vlad made the entire process with both of these companies go so much smoother then I had initially thought possible. Vlad and his team (EX Contractors) did an amazing job making repairs and redoing the stucco work at our business (Baldwin Automotive LLC).
