After Hurricane Helene left a tree in my house, Vlad and his crew at Ex Contractor came to the rescue. They were very professional and patient. They worked with my insurance company as well with my mortgage company. Vlad made the entire process with both of these companies go so much smoother then I had initially thought possible. They did a wonderful job at restoring my house even better than it was before. EX Contractor did an excellent job of repairing/replacing hardie board to exterior of my home. They kept me updated on all work in progress and even repaired a shingle that wasn’t secure from a recent reroofing!

I had a really tough job, 4 sections of roof, made of 3 different materials. I called almost 20 different contractors and roofers and most would not even come out for a quote when I described the situation. Vlad and crew came out from Spartenburg to Charlotte. They got the job done quickly, at a reasonable price, and I am very confident in the quality of work. They will be they first people I call next time I have a project I can't handle my self.

Had to have significant re-roofing to a treasured playhouse after storm damage. Unfortunately, these particular shingles had been discontinued and need to match those on the main house. Vlad managed to track some of them down (had to jump thru a lot of hoops). His crew were prompt, worked fast, did a very professional job. I didn't have to look for roofing nails in the grass, as I normal with roofing work. They also found a significant issue that I had failed to notice, and added it to the job for a very minor up-charge. It was one of those things where too many contractors would have taken advantage of a customer who had little choice at that point. Highly recommended.

I had significant repair work done on a stucco wall at my home in the Fall of 2024. My experience with EX Contractor was superb. I have waited to review until we experienced the wet and cold weather of a winter. I am so pleased that the repsir work has held up beautifully snd looks as new as the day it was done. The repairs I needed required meticulous work and attention to detail. The crew came as scheduled, worked FULL days and always left the job site clean and safe. Every effort was made (and accomplished) to restore my home to otiginal condition. The cost was very reasonable for the hours and effort needed. I highly recommend EX Contractors for any stucco work you may need. I will definitely ask them to return if my home sustains any storm damage. How refreshing.....I called about a problem with my flat porch roof. Vlad Melnichuk came right away and gave me a quote which was a little higher than I anticpated. I was certain, though, that I wanted this company to do my work. The team that replaced my roof was prompt, very professional and left everything clean. While they were here, I had them give me a quote on some interior painting. Dmtry came today. He was euipped with everything he needed(27 foot ladder). He worked all day by himself and completed the job. I am impressed with the quality of the people who work at Excontractor and with the level of expertise, Good quality and fair price!

I waited a while to review just to let everything settle with the new floors. I cannot put into words how much we have loved working with EX Contrator. We have the carpet pulled up and replaced with matching LVP to the downstairs. Vlad gave us advice while making decisions about the stairs and even checked in on the project multiple times. We expected that it would take 2-3 days to do everything but his team finished in one day and it looks fantastic. I’m calling him soon to do kitchen backsplash and some baseboard replacements. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We hired EX Contractor to complete repairs after hail damage. They replaced our roof and damaged siding. Due to the storm we also had a leak in the kitchen. They repaired our ceiling and painted our ceiling. We were very pleased with their work and will definitely recommend them to our friends.
